1. What data we process and why

a) Contact by email

This website does not contain contact forms. If you contact us at the email address above, we process the personal data you choose to provide (name, email address, content of your message) exclusively to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at your request; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Retention: for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, in case of a subsequent contract, for the statutory retention periods applicable to business correspondence and accounting records.

b) Technical browsing data

Our hosting provider automatically records, in server log files, technical data transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type). This data is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its security and diagnose technical problems.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website.
• Retention: according to the hosting provider's standard log rotation periods.

c) Google Fonts

To display its typefaces, this website loads the fonts "Space Grotesk" and "IBM Plex Sans" from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which necessarily includes your IP address. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Recipients of data

We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate this website and our business (hosting provider, email provider), acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies

This website uses only the following first-party technical storage. No profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

Technical storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service does not require consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will be activated only after your prior explicit consent and this policy will be updated.

4. Data transfers outside the EU/EEA

Except for the Google Fonts service described above, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer occurs, it is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy;
• rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable;
• restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• data portability, where processing is based on contract or consent;
• withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
